GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

The workshop will provide several invited plenary lectures (45 minutes including discussion) and regular contributions (30 minutes including discussion). You can find the workshop program and daily schedule here.

The lecture room is equipped with a computer (please check back with us for special hard- and/or software), beamer and microphone. All you need to bring is your presentation on USB stick (any additional material is up to you).

If you wish to contribute with a talk, please submit an abstract within the deadline following the instructions below: 

• All abstracts should be prepared in LaTeX format. Please use the provided template [ download available below ] and send as PDF not longer than one A4 page. Please name the document following the example: familyname_vwco18_short-title-of-presentation

• Abstracts must be submitted no later than July 15, 2018 by using the SUBMIT button below or via email to vgsco@univie.ac.at

• Please specify the subject as VWCO18 -- Abstract Submission
